and I was wondering, since some other DUers had mentioned this Playboy map if they could post it here.

Thanks if you can ! This may help to explain why Republicans are saying our men and women in the military aren't coming home anytime soon (5 years according to Gen Frank's book, 10-20 years according to Sen McCain on CNN last summer).

5. illfem, that's the one I found from CSMonitor March 2002 and also

mentioned in Crossing the Rubicon by the fromthewilderness.com guy Mike Ruppert. Just wondering if someone knew about the Playboy article and map update since someone mentioned it before when this was discussed on DU as being a more up-to-date deployment map in Playboy.

Maybe DoD allowed it in Hef's magazine to distract us ! Besides, they don't allow the mag in Iraq, do they ?

Since our troops in Iraq can't get Playboy and the mullahs will be secretly drooling over...well, the map (!), we here in the states should be making use of these deployments in order to make the case for how many troops will be necessary for all those bases (that we know of).

Alas, Penthouse wasn't smart enough to make a gatefold with a secret deployment map !
