The Maine Democratic Party is now looking for your advice. I am happy to announce that the Maine Democratic Party will be holding Democratic Town Meetings in five different areas of the state in the upcoming weeks. These events are meant to promote a dialogue between activists as to the future of the Democratic Party in Maine. There will be three work-sessions to choose from during the day. I hope that these sessions will provide you with useful information to continue the momentum and energy that was built during the last election cycle. This will only be the beginning of an ongoing discussion about the future of the Maine Democratic Party and upcoming election cycle.
Below is a general schedule of events and the dates of the Democratic Town Meetings

1:15 pm Developing a plan for the future of the MDP & Victory '06
Group brainstorming & charting
* What should the future of the MDP look like?
* What do we need to do as a party to ensure ! victory in '06?
You, the local activists, know what issues play well in your areas. You understand that an issue might need to be talked about differently in Lubec than it does in York. We want to ask YOU what works best in your area. You are the experts; we're here to listen to you.
