1. Think about how long you could keep Social Security around with
two trillion dollars. Why spend 2 trillion to change it? If you're going to blow that much cash, might as well just dump it directly into social security. That would make it last for a few hundred more years (under a democratic president), or at least 10 years under GW Bush.

2. The pnac geniuses estimated 2 billion to "do" Iraq
This was the wolfowitz & rumsfeld prognostication. However, they would have said anything to get the war ball rolling

5. This is exactly why we're facing so many
distractions, so people don't get to counting all those zeros on the end of that number, never mind the body count.

7. anyone see mr powell?
colin that is, couple years ago on sunday 'meet the mediawhores' with tim russert? ...this was before the goofball 'war' actually was going...powell mentioned that iraq's oil revenues of '$22 billion/year' would be needed to pay for the expenses...haha. the iraqis don't want anyone taking the oil and the oil revs haven't materialized...lol...it's truly a fox guarding the henhouse situ in iraq as far as the oil is concerned, even the american boys over there probably don't give a damn if someone blows up the oil wells and pipelines etc...
