Aaron Brown's going to do a segment on blogs -- Gannon?
He just went to commercial with a tease about blogs (something about them being "a pain?") -- and showed a webpage with a Gannon headline...

1. Yes. I'm sure

the new American FREE PRESS is starting to be a pain in the ass to the Big Media insiders and the crack Washington press corps.

History is being made. Patriots with pens (and keyboards) are taking the reigns of the fourth estate. The public demands real news and information and since Big Media will not deliver, the issue is being addressed by Americans who want their country back.

This revolution in journalism is now getting Big Media's attention, so they will now attempt to devote some airtime to marginalizing it as best they can.

Fight on, Patriots with Pens! History is now yours.

5. Open Source Journalism.
The old media franchise is coming to an end. They know it....they have become politicized in their news management and people have had it with the SCLM. It truely is a revolutionary change in news/information.

2. You mean ..
... a hack piece.

Let them whine about the blogs. All they are doing is sending them more eyeballs. It doesn't take a person with more than half a brain to tell pretty quickly who is giving infomation (with a touch of op-ed) and who is handing out pure D bullshit propaganda.

Bring it on, fuckwit.

3. They had no problems with blogs when it was just Drudge
and FreeRepublic bringing down Dems, but now that the Liberal blogs are heating up, it's a pain. Well, I'm sure it is a pain to have someone else do your job better than you.

4. "It's a new media, but are they playing the same old game of 'gotcha'"...
That was his latest lead-in.

7. It was just Howie Kurtz
It was a whitewash of the Guckert/Gannon issue. He threw that in with Dan Rather, and went on to the false rumors about mayor O'Malley (spread by our Republican governor's office and Free Republic) to show that mainstream media keeps the blogs in check!! In other words, he portrayed "Gannon" (as he called him) as a victim and put the meme out that blogs are unfair and spread false rumors.

Niiiiiice.
