Help me out. I have been keeping my eyes closed (Dean, DNC chair)

I assumed when Dean was announced DNC chair their would be an immediate outlash by the media. I pictured the scream and "I hate Republicans" quote being sprayed all over the place. So I have chose to ignore any segment or column that involves the title "DNC chair".

How has the media accepted Howard Dean as the DNC chair so far? Is it as bad as you thought?

I do not watch tv except for pbs so that leaves me out of thousands of hours of commercials for trash :-)

2. Jon Stewart show made big fun of Dean last night

Called him a "loser".

Funny, some others on DU said they used some of the parts of the Daily Show as fodder for yucking it up over on Fox. I don't watch Fox so I can't comment.

The worst part-it wasn't even funny.

But then, I'm not a kick the puppy when it's already in the mud kind of gal and the Fox viewers know their customers.
