They were talking about Judith Miller, Matt Cooper, Plame, & Novak, etc., etc. I tried to call in to point out that Novak apparently isn't held to the same standard as other "journalists." Thephone rang, but wasn'tpicked up. Then one of the first callers asked a 2-part question, and the first part wasabout why Novak was getting off scott-free. Gregg Leslie seemed to conviently"forget" the first part of the question (Novak).I thought that seemed weird.
Then another caller called and asked about the old fossil, and it seemed like he (& the host) just did not want to get into answering that question at all. I plan to try each morning, during "open phones" to get through. I will mention their avoidance of the Novak issue today, and demand a real answer.

1. The speculation is that Novak did testify and that is why he is not
a target for the same actions as Miller and Cooper. They are being held to this standard because they have refused to testify. Novak, the scum, might have testified, although that has not been confirmed as far as I know.

2. I Also Recall Gregg Leslie Apologizing For Novak By Saying
Novak didn't know it was illegal, etc. Yeah, right, whatever...

3. Is a request to appear preceded by a subpoena? Or is the subpoena
the normal way to call someone up? I thought it was said that he never received a subpoena.

4. Could he have volunteered to appear, thus no subpoena needed?
I think I saw it on Countdown with KO and he was speculating that Novak had testified. What other plausible reason could there be since he actually published the info himself. Miller never even wrote an article about it.
