why were there 3 perfect angle shots of it ...3 different cameras all prefocused on that truck and train (2 from the front and 1 behind the truck & train) all in the right spots at the right time ...just to perfect, was it a slow news day and the media needed some senationalism? was it some sort of test?

2. someone in a previous accident was filming the intersection
He was trying to prove that the times on the stop lights were not long enough to allow people to get through the intersection, and had multiple cameras set up. He may have proved his point.

3. Here's what's pissing me off about this
I didn't see this on the new last night, I just saw a tease - but they billed like, Wow, wait til you see this incredible video!

I'm assuming that the driver got out of the truck and was not hurt?

Last month they were talking about putting a guy on death row for essentially the same situation. His intent was to kill himself. Actually a lot of people died - and now the same type of event is world's wackiest video fodder?

5. The driver is fine. He made it out.
Yea, the problem with the accident in LA was that the train engine was pushing the cars instead of pulling them. The very heavy engine easily plowed though the truck without derailing the train.

4. On KRON 4 this morning
They said that someone set up cameras due to an earlier accident at a nearby intersection. An individual was attempting to prove that there was a problem with the lights at the intersection and that an earlier accident was not their fault.

It did seem kind of weird though. If the owner of the cameras made a ton of money from the shots, then maybe there was collusion between them and the truck driver.

6. They said someone was taking footage because it was an accident scene.
I guess for insurance.

I think it fits into news of the weird. I wouldn't make more out of it than that.
