Damn Randi is pretty rude to her callers

I'm not talking about the republican guy she was arguing with, I loved that, but the call from the girl after that. I listen to her pretty regularly and sometimes she's way out of line with how she treats callers.

I never caught what they were doing on Fridays...I drove into a tunnel and lost my stream just as Malloy was talking about it on Monday. Malloy covers Monday (Best of Malloy on his regular slot) Sam Seder covers Wednesdays>

3. She certainly can be

I've noticed that the best or most successful callers let Randi riff on for a couple of minutes, and try not to interrupt her at the beginning. Just because she opened the phone line doesn't necessarily mean she wants the other person to talk just yet.

Callers who wait for Randi to blow herself out a little bit can usually get their points across if they're patient.

it does seem that she just can't politely run them off. I take her with a grain of salt when she does that. I don't think she is comfortable receiving platitudes. She wants to get right to it. That is one thing I like about her.

I am afraid Randi turns too many people off with here annoying tone. She makes good points but her voice and tone is annoying.

She kicks bushco ass everyday, I like her, I feel like she is our version of Rush.

Cept of course she actually is smart and honest and not being a drug addict helps.

Randi is just being Randi, after 11/02 she was one the few folks at AAR I could stand to listen to. B/c of that I give her more liberties than I used to.

8. I used to be really put off by the way she handled the

callers she agreed with. She never let them speak. However I've come to find it an endearing part of her personality. I think her regular listeners that do call in no this and do a good job of keeping the (as in her) energy going. So I guess I echo the above posts on the "good caller".

When she first started on AAR I thought perhaps she could just do without the callers but now think we'd miss how she was sent here to destroy the freepers. And the other callers just make the show keep pace with itself. They aren't going to make a point she hasn't already cornered herself, though from time to time she does get corrected.

That's why I listen to her. She's great just the way she is.

Even when I think she's being rude to someone who listens to her, I think, "YOU called her. You knew she was crazy. " It's not really a show abut the caller's opinions.
