The common man stories for the Class Action Bill
I always wonder when Bush as he did today, talk of the common man problems when a bill is signed. You heard them today. The woman with the broken TV, the couple unaware of a class action suit negating the warranty, and the couple who lost their pharmacy because of the class action suit over drugs they were selling in their store. How true are these stories and what is the story behind the story. The McDonald's scalding suit is always mentioned as suits gone wild. But McDonald's was warned 19 times about the coffee being too hot and the woman got 3rd degree burns. So what is the truth about these people allowing themselves to be used by Bush?
