Jury finds boston herald libeled Judge-Is Oreilley liable too?

Question...Is Olielly liable as well since he promoted this fiction as well?

but if O'Reiley merely said the Boston Herald said . . . and either the judge didn't do anything or O'Reiley mentioned the judge denied it, then he probably is OK. The standard for libel in this case is pretty high.
