Am I the Only One Who Sees The Massive Civil RICO vis-a-vis Gannon?

If I have this right, Gannon, Stone&Stone, Rove, McClellan, Buckhead, little green snotballs, powerline, and various other entities, (it has been claimed), conspired to, (it has been claimed, but not proven), float a forgery of the TANG documents, thus smearing Kerry, and CBS.

The ultimate upshot of this forgery has been the threatened loss of employment of certain CBS employees. (Loss of money) It has also contributed to a loss of credibility on the part of CBS, which relies on said for the marketability of its news. (and therefore, affects its revenue)

A RICO civil suit could compel some very interesting discovery. It could be filed in the Second Circuit. It could survive a motion for summary judgment. It wouldn't have to wait for a federal prosecutor.
