National Call Lieberman Day Update
Edited on Sat Feb-19-05 09:41 PM by Teaser
Mad at Joe? Want to help keep him strong on Social Security?

Here's your chance. Wednesday at 10:00 AM start calling his Washington Offices. Tell him you've heard he's going weak on SS and that you oppose any compromise with Bush OR Lindsey Graham on their respective phase-out bills.

We need to burn up his phones. Will you join me?

3. I'm in. Joe is a Bush flunkie on SS and needs to have --
-- his right-wing hiney whupped good.

I'll run up the cost of a phone call to his office and let him have it.

The term "clueless turncoat" comes to mind when Lieberman's name is mentioned.

11. I want someone to tell me why
that man can't be summarily dismissed from the Democratic party. Do we have to keep him? Did we have to keep Zell Miller?

15. I want Connecticut Dems to push a challenger.
But it IS a D seat. We still have him on some issues, if not the big ones.

6. Old Compromiser Joe! We need to ask him why he needs
to compromise. Look what it has gotten us so far. If he doesn't stand up to the Republicans and act like a Democrat, he can switch parties. We do not need the likes of him and others who think compromise is the solution just for political purposes. He works for us, not the president.

10. Here's yet another Lieberman problem
Read the last line of this post. It was started as criticism of some Republicans, but it turns out Lieberman is involved in sponsoring legislation to increase fines for indency on television.
