The US president also urged European nations to give "tangible assistance" to Iraq.

This man is gutless, two-timing and shameless beyond belief. He will say or do anything to avoid accountability. 2. And because it was BBC, they were playing up Bush's willingness

to regard previous disagreements with Europe as mere history and his belief in moving forward. They also neglected to show any of the protestors demonstrating outside in Brussels. Something that I had seen on the DU just the night before.
