... I read something about CIA and FBI use/used for their operative accounts. There was something I remember reading about a banker that paid out money and claimed there were bogus (fake companies or individuals owning) accounts, connected to the government and secretive operations.
Does anyone remember details or can help me out, in which context I read this?
I would appreciated
