I'm playing this kid on gameknot (www.gameknot.com)and this is his homepage. Granted, the spelling and grammar are completely lacking, but it's nice to know that Bush is transparent even through a child's eyes.

If he isn't into analyzing things to a great depth, he's probably just following what his parents are doing. It's why you often see people in the south vote Republican, for example, even though they may not know very much about what is happening. It's what their parents did, so it's what they've done. On the other hand, he may be the kind who arrives to his conclusions after thought and study.

The older folks changed because of the realignment after segregation. Most folks younger than that that I've talked to are Republicans. I oughta know. I live here in Mississippi and did my share of campaigning.

I am 16 and I disagree with that classification- we sure as hell aren't adults, but we aren't children. Many 16 year olds are articulate and extremely intelligent- moreso than most adults. I agree with the kid, but his poor grammar is in no way representative of most 16 year olds.

though I suppose young adults might be more appropriate. still, as I get older, I think of people in high school as kids.

then again, I think of the 18-20somethings in Iraq as "kids"

I picture an 8-9 year old. I guess your frame of reference changes when you are older.

I'm 62, and many days not being a child is actually physically painful. Don't rush it. Perhaps you are not aware of it, but if you speak as well as you write, many of us geezers respect you, but some of us would never admit it. Enjoy!

I sometimes use big words in real life, but often I am foul-mouthed and call people "teabaggers" and "dumbshits". I could go ahead and talk like a thesaurus if I wanted to.

Don't worry- I am enjoying my youth a lot! It's great to be young.

10. I picture that too

mainly because of all those warnings and other things like "keep mediciene out of the reach of children", "Do not let children near the equipment", "not for children", "Studies show children do this this and this(and the study would include only elementary schoolers), "Never leave children unattended in the car", etc.
