Hitler and Bush Family: What's the evidence ?

I am certainly not a freeper or RW'er, as those of you who have read my posts can attest. However, I do believe in accuracy. I read somewhere that the Bush family did not really support the Nazis and that this was a myth. Did I read wrong ? Can someone post an authoritative link that really proves the linkage ? Thanks for your time.

4. There is plenty of evidence...

... to verify it. Prescott Bush's Union Bank Corp. had its assets seized in WWII for violations of the Trading with the Enemy Act. Some detail on the extent of connections of big business with the Nazis can be found in Charles Higham's Trading With the Enemy. That book is extensively researched.

Many stories, especially done by New York Herald Tribune around 1942, exist from the time.
