1. Bush is RESPONSIBLE for this. His lies led to the US invasion
Edited on Sat Feb-26-05 06:00 PM by SpiralHawk
Where are the WMDs? Maybe we can't find them because of the smoke from all the oil pipeline fires started by terrorists that Bush created by invading a nation that had nothing to do with 9/11.

Remember the good old days before Bush got control. Gas was, what, about $1.50. Forget that. Ain't never going to see it again. Bush and his oil buddies, including Chevron Condi, are responsible for these explosions and the price you are paying to fill your truck or car.

3. The Iraqis are well aware that 2 million bbls of crude is evaporating
through that pipeline EVERY day.

Yet they're living in third world squalor with food and fuel rationing.

4. Carrying coals to Newcastle
So Iraq supposedly sits on top of the 2nd largest oil reserves in the world, yet b/c of this incompetent invasion and occupation of the country, Iraqis have to depend on truckers from Turkey to bring them oil and natural gas (truckers who must be receiving enormous hazard pay, FWIW). I guess this is Bush's "catastrophic success" in action? At least he got the catastrophic part right.

5. Think about the havoc this plays with the environment
How many generations after we have gone will the Iraqi people be cleaning up this mess--- not to mention suffering the ill effects from the environmental devastation.
