1. I've often thought of doing that, but two things would probably happen.

First, you would probably get back pages of deleted information, in the interest of "national security," and second, it would alert them to the idea that you want to know what they know, and why, and so you must be subversive, a potential terrorist, and someone to be watched. Again. Anyway, you should be able to do a web search and come up with the information to request it. I don't think there is a charge, and I have heard that it takes quite a while.
