Warning, Cryptome is a seriously subversive site. They don't seem to advocate any cause, but they believe in total information and they especially like to give info on the war on terror and the sideshow against Iraq.

Anyhoo, they have an enlightening info graphic on US war fatalities by date. You can see that November was the deadliest month, 84 US military dead, and that the killings have let off since then.

But is the let up in the attacks because we're stronger on the ground in Iraq, because the resistance is falling apart and losing support, because our military are breaking the resistance, or because the attacks are simply harder to organize in the winter when most of the civilian population spends more time indoors? I hope it's because the resistance is dying off rather than it just being a seaonal let up. But I fear I may be wrong. Anyway, check out the site
