Will Lieberman go after Dean tonight?
I wonder if Lieberman is going to try and attack Dean at the debate, or if he will lay off. If he smells blood, then maybe he will with the idea of trying to finish Dean off and improve his standing. But maybe he will set his sights on Kerry or Clark instead to attempt to take them down a peg or two in voters eyes.

1. Heh...
Lieberman will ALWAYS go after Dean. If Dean won Iowa by 20 points, he'd go after him. C'mon.

Later.

2. He'll go after Dean, Kerry, Clark
and Edwards. He is going to try to set things up for a stronger showing in SC and other states he thinks he'll have traction in.

3. One of the obvious challenges to Dean's ability to stay calm
Dean is going to be under incredible scrutiny.

5. Dean's got a bad cold and his voice is nearly gone, he won't...
...have the energy nor the voice left to yell.

Later.

4. Lieberman.............
should just drop out. He's dead in the water and no amount of flailing at Dean is going to do him any good.
Is he that stupid to think that he has even the remotest chance of the nomination?

6. He'll go after Kerry, Clark, Dean & Edwards
He can only build himself up by (trying to) tear the leaders down.

It will be interesting to watch.

8. If he's smart he won't
He's sure to recognize that Dean voters aren't going to switch to Lieberman. They would support Kerry, Clark or Edwards before Lieberman. Having Dean in the race keeps the more progressive voters divided which is the only chance Lieberman has.

On the other hand, he is a real prick.

10. Lieberman is so far behind
in NH (which is wonderful to see, looks like NH Dems have good sense), that it won't really matter if he gains any traction from attacking Dean or any other candidate.

And you know Mr. Morality-Nanny (a columnist said recently that he's based his career on "scolding", which I think is quite accurate) is going to be on the attack tonight, attacking other Dems is what he's best at. He can't attack Shrub, the real enemy, oh, no, he has to go after just other Dems.

You'd think he'd realize by now not just how petty and small that makes him look, but that the more he trashes Dean and other Dems, the lower his standing goes.

God, I wish Lieberman would just face the music, realize he doesn't have an igloo's chance in hell, and just GO THE HELL AWAY!!!!!

13. Clark & Kerry--lieberman is a real winner...
when it comes to attacking the candidates who have a chance of winning, that is.
