Kerry lucked out by Dean's WWE style

Because in all honesty, Ted Kennedy's performance post Iowa Caucus made him look like he was Jimmy Hart managing Hulk Hogan. If Dean, wouldn't have made his crazy speech, Kennedy's performance may have been the joke on a lot of late night talk shows. Yikes, Ted may get folks fired up that are party loyalists, but get ready once Kerry is the nominee for the Kennedy/Kerry linkage by Limbaugh, Hannity, etc... And they will play Ted Kennedy's worst campaign statements/speeches, over and over and over.

For all of the Kerry fans, if you want him to win, get him to tell Mr. Kennedy to calm down.

I'd expect to see Bill Clinton out campaigning with Kerry more than Ted will.

Ted was all over the place in Iowa. At first Ted will be big-time into campaigning, but then the Kerry camp will probably decide to have him curtail his involvement. Ted's a leader of the Dem part and its probably tough not to initially want him around, but goodness this guy can seem too wacky and fired up when giving speeches too.

This linkage could help Edwards big-time in some primaries, if I'm Edwards I'm hoping that Limbaugh and Hanniity and everybody start pushing the Kennedy/Kerry link big-time sooner rather than later.

(b) Kennedy was celebrating a winner

(c) Kennedy can do whatever the hell he wants to do because he's Ted Kennedy. He's been through all the fires and all the wars. There's nothing a Republican can say about him that he hasn't heard a million times and there's nothing a Democrat can praise him for that hasn't been said a million times.

Dean was introducing himself to the country with his speech. Kennedy is already a known commodity, whether you love him or hate him.

This was Dean's first chance to introduce himself to a lot of voters nationally and this was what he choose to do -- he took the wrong role. To me it was bad judgement. I saw it live, I wasn't scared, but I thought it was poor judgement.

Anyway, I think Dean is past this now!
