Bush Anxious to Learn More of Deep Throat (real headline)
WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush said on Wednesday the disclosure that the former No. 2 official at the FBI was Watergate's "Deep Throat" source caught him by surprise and he's anxious to learn more.

"It's hard for me to judge" whether former deputy FBI Director Mark Felt provided a valuable public service or acted improperly, Bush told reporters.

"A lot of us have always wondered who Deep Throat might have been. And the mystery was solved yesterday."

Felt's revelation that he was the source for The Washington Post's reporting that helped to bring down the presidency of Richard Nixon in the early 1970s "caught me by surprise," Bush said. "It's a brand new story for a lot of us who have been wondering for a long time who he was http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/D/DEEP_THROAT_BUSH?SITE=MNMAN&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2005-06-01-12-41-35

5. Send him a copy of the movie to satisfy his curiosity.
Then let's find someone to squeal on Bush.

6. Somehow I find this the most reassuring thing Bush has ever uttered.
Let us translate what he may be saying: "It's hard for me to judge" (That is right Bush does not have much judgment)"whether former deputy FBI Director Mark Felt provided a valuable public service" (Modern Journalists today seem to be less inclined to question Corporate Politicians)"or acted improperly" (There is a possibility that Felt broke the law in releasing Grand Jury testimony, and Bush has no idea when and if any actions are improper).

7. Great headline, but do all of you understand what he's saying...
...that is, if that quote isn't taken totally out of context.

"It's hard for me to judge" whether former deputy FBI Director Mark Felt provided a valuable public service or acted improperly, Bush told reporters.

He's saying, he's not sure if exposing Watergate, which lead to the resignation of Nixon and the exposure of his criminal activities, he's not so sure that was a GOOD thing!:wtf:

What an Asshole! Sorry to be so crude, but come on, "...hard for me to judge!?!"

8. Well he is stuck...
If he says he approves, he alienates the Far right even more, Say he dissapproves he sounds like he approves of Nixon.
