Why Bill Clinton should be head of the United Nations?

Because the world needs to keep a close eye on a little tyrannical leader that is now the president of the United States. Rumors abound that there may be plans to invade Syria or Iran or countries not yet known. The Bush regime has attempted to tear down the credibility of the present head of the UN, Kofi Annan, by connecting him to a "US made food-for-oil scandal". They have been somewhat successful.

However, if a strong leader such as Clinton was the head of the UN, it might be a little more difficult for Little Georgie Bush to invade other countries and to ignore international law. Bill Clinton at the UN might be the best thing for the world and America? The rumor is out there. Give it life.

But rules can be changed, by the vote of member nations, I would suppose. Would the US veto Bill Clinton?

Clinton can be appointed UN Ambassador under the upcoming (2007) Pelosi administration.

There is nothing in the Charter as far as I can tell that would bar someone from a member country of the Security Council from being made Secretary General.

12. Clinton is a Bush kiss-ass

Everytime he's interviewed now he talks about how Bush is a great moral man. I'm really sick of Clinton. He's given Bush a free ride on Iraq, saying that the intelligence for WMDs was sound. I'd much rather keep Bill out of the spotlight.
