However, this is the crazy logic that many, perhaps most, conservatives use to rationalize the impeachment of Bill Clinton. Also, it is the same logic that minimizes the crimes of the crook in the White House, Richard Nixon.

But, for the right-wingers, Clinton is the same as Nixon. Linda Tripp is the equivalent of W. Mark Felt. They both did the nation a great service by ratting on their bosses. In fact, Clinton's "crime" may have been worse than Nixon's, they will argue. And these people are in charge?
