Petition for an Independent Council. It's about time!
Even though I sometimes think these petitions don't work it's worth a try. It's a shame Clinton got rid of the Independent Council even though I understand why he did.

1. Why do you say "Clinton got rid of it?" Its statute expired.
And wasn't renewed. :shrug:

7. No. He had nothing to do with it. It was a matter for Congress
who held hearings, and let the statue expire. This was back when there were still checks & balances.
