This was posted only once in GD under the generic schedule, so I wanted to highlight it, and also tell you that Crooks and Liars has agreed to record it, per my email with them about an hour ago. (I hope they remember)

Oh, I almost forgot. C-Span has told us (folks at downingstreetmemo.com) that they plan to do more than one program regarding the DSM. As to when further "episodes" will air is unknown at this time.

I'll probably be cross posting this at DailyKos if there isn't a suitable diary already posted to plop the info into.

on Wednesday, June 1st (1st day of month long media campaign) and one of the first 3 targets was C-Span.

Looks like the sunlight is beginning to break through the cracks in the stone wall. And once the public really begins to understand the truth about the Iraq War (though some will always deny it because it is so terrible), who knows - they may also revisit those other crimes: 9/11 attacks and suppression of the truth, stolen elections, Halliburton et al. war profiteering, influence selling, so much more. Once you can believe one terrible thing of these people, the rest is not so hard to accept. That's the weakness of their "Big Lie" strategy. Unfortunately this all comes with a very heavy price here and around the world - but better late than never.

OK, just got finished with an email conversation with Crooks and Liars, and he feels that since 45 (+-) minutes would be a HUGE file, he's gonna cut it down to maybe 10 or 15 mins of what he feels is the "best" part, mainly to promote the show, and show that we're makin' a difference.

So, if you want to see the whole program, set those alarms or hope like heck that CSpan repeats it.

I've been off DU most of last week (lurked though a couple times) due to computer malfunction *sigh* so. . .

Bottom line, it proves that George Bush lied to the American people. The memo (minutes) is proof of the manipulation of information in the march to war. Now people are dying because of those lies.

and managed to catch only a little of it before I promptly fell asleep again. *sigh*

What I do remember is that Steve Cobble said that "our" side wasn't immediately looking for impeachment (though that's what we all want) but that it is extremely important to begin an Inquiry.

He also said, that information about the memo/minutes is gaining steam in the media. Kevin Aylward spouted the same "it's old news", that it's unlikely Conyers will have much success since he's "only" the Ranking member. More of the same bullshit.
