I was re-listening to this quote last night and just wrote to one of my favorite "make fun of Dubya" websites DubyaSpeak.com , I think it explains my point, without having to re-write what I just wrote.

Dear Dubya Speak,
I love your site, but I think you, just like everyone else, missed a big one. It appears the "Disassemble" gaff, distracted everyone from what he said just before that...

Here's the full quote and comment from Dubya Speak,

Shouldn't we have "...investigated every single complaint against...," oh I don't know, the JAILERS, interrogators or Military "interviewers"?

Investigating "...every single complaint against the detainees..." seems rather pointless.
