Alliance Executive Director Ethan Nadelmann appeared on Fox’s “The O’Reilly Factor” last week alongside former DEA agent Ann Hayes to discuss the repercussions of Sensenbrenner’s “snitch” bill. The conversation wasn’t much of a debate, with conservative guest host Rep. John Kasich siding with Nadelmann on the outrageousness of the mandatory minimum bill that would “turn neighbors into narcs.” Read the transcript of the show.
