DSM- IS THIS WHAT KERRY MEANT?

John Kerry said he was going to bring up the minutes when he returned to Washington. Now that Boxer and Kennedy have spoken up on the DSM today, I think it is very likely they are working on Kerry's behalf. Their actions, takes the heat off of Kerry and make it appear their is additional support for Kerry's statements and the minutes among Senate Democrats.

1. Sounds like they are holding up some business discussing this.

Could this be a "filibuster" in the making. Too much to hope for.

And this is probably a smart tactic on Kerry's part...if he were the only Senator to bring up the DSM, the other side could have a field day discrediting the statements as "Kerry is just sore about losing the election."

Now, what we need is for all Dem congressmen to get on the same page and make statements on the floor as a unified effort.

I've caught Senator Kennedy's words, but I've not come across Senator Boxer's. Could someone please enlighten me and point me in the right direction?

6. I'm not a Kerry "apologist"

But from a political standpoint, I think it bolsters his case to not be seen as leading the charge on this... y'know, the whole sore loser thing.

Pity that everything has to have the political angle factored in, isn't it~
