"Dissemble" = Rove is bored
In the bowels of the WH sits a short chubby man jacking off while laughing at his latest display of unlimited power. He's thinking how delicious it feels to have the power to make 99.999% of the people elected Republican's say any stupid thing he comes up with. After all, he was overlooked most of his life .. never the stud... never the star ... now Washington and the world is filled with star studded Rove.

Just this morning ... and I kid you not ... on C-Span's Washington Journal Rep. Dan Lungren (CA), a Judiciary Committee Member, was responding about Tom Delay in connection with personal ethics in Congress ...

Lungren on Delay: "...I've never seen him to dissemble...which is not to tell the truth..."

WHO TALKS LIKE THAT?????

Oh yeah I forgot ... our illustrious leader who has a problem with 3 syllable words.

Bush on Guantanamo detainee complaints: "...It seemed like to me they based some of their decisions on the word of -- and the allegations -- by people who were held in detention, people who hate America, people that had been trained in some instances to disassemble -- that means not tell the truth."

Maybe it was a bet made on the golf course ... maybe it's just how do you to top getting away with nominating the worst candidate to represent the US (and do the most damage) at the UN....

I mean really ... it was hard to top dusting off the appellate judge rejects from last congress ... what great fun it was to stick em up the Dem's arses ...

The problem is that Rove is getting bored. It's just too easy getting those right wingers to parrot his talking points ... too easy getting the Hannitys and Limbaughs to convince the masses. Too easy to get the MSM do his bidding.

So this week's challenge seems to be to eliminate the word LIE. Shit, "lie" rhymes to easily with other words ... like Bush LIED, Soldiers DIED .. Right wingers could be damaged in their re-election bids if the masses started connecting "LIE" or "LIAR" with them.

Solution: Get rid of the word LIE. Substitute "dissemble" (especially in the media) because it will take years for the masses to catch on to the fact that a lie by any other name is still a lie.

His biggest challenge is getting his puppet to remember his lines and stop mispronouncing the critical words. Well at least there's something left to curb the ennui.

2. About Lungren and "Who talks like that???" I know! He mignt as
well have said, "You'll rue the day!"

And I have begun to worry lately that something is SERIOUSLY up with Rove. He's been laying low. For what reason, I couldn't even guess.

3. As someone else pointed out in another thread...
It was the word of the day on dictionary.com the previous day.
He made the statement on May 31, here's the list for May:
http://dictionary.reference.com/wordoftheday/archive/2005/05/

Right there it is, for May 30th. dissemble: to hide under a false appearance; also, to assume a false appearance.

So, maybe he's trying, at least?

4. Hey cool, because today's word is "glutinous" and that means this
DSM story is sticking to Bush and Rove!

Of course, knowing George he'll use "glutinous" to describe someone who eats too much. :eyes:
