PNAS (Milk thing) vs. PNAC

The PNAS milk thing about terrorists hitting our food supply and what not (only caught the tail end of it) was on the news last night. I found this interesting because it was the same day that Bush and Blair responded to the DSM. Anyone else think this story was released today (PNAS) just in case some reporter with brass balls decided to mention the Project for the New American Century? PNAC and PNAS sound very similar and someone tampering with milk is more scary to the average American than some political group. Even though PNAC is the kind of thing you'd expect James bond to be squaring off against, extremely scary and diabolical stuff. Coincidence, or crafty move by Rove Co.? Could we use this as an opening in any way to mention the PNAC?
