Thanks to MoveOn, John Conyers letter to the administration, with at least 97 Congressional Representative signatures, now has over 250K citizens signed on to force the administration to come clean and tell the truth.

Is 500,000 signatures considered a great deal? Or is it a "respectful number?" Or just a standard amount?

How does this compare with similar actions in the past? I can't think of any offhand but wonder if this is "average" or something moving up and off the charts...
