Judith Gilliland, 55, from Amherst , is volunteering for Clark ’s campaign during the final crunch.
“I’m spending 40 hours a week doing whatever the campaign needs me to do. The grunt work: calling other voters, writing letters, knocking on doors. We’ll start in the early morning doing a lot of ‘cold work,’ standing outside. I expect to be at the dump,” she said.
Gilliland said the most rewarding aspect of being involved in the campaign process is “knowing that I’m going to be making a difference about something I care about.”
