It's just ludicrous. There are plenty of VALID things to criticize Hillary about. A "culture of lesbianism" is hardly at the top of that list.

It's also a beneficial exercise to know thy enemy, since we'll also have to be prepared for the lies and twisted rhetoric that they'll throw at the ACTUAL '08 nominee. ;)

In my opinion, there is no such thing, at least not anything the Fundies would know about. I think they really mean the culture of feminism and stick the lesbian reference in because fundies confuse the two.

It's a manufactured concept to mobilize Fundie donors to donate more $$$ to right-wing U.S. Senate candidates and make sure that statewide ballot initiatives (usually banning gay marriage and civil unions) get passed in every state...over and over again.

When a Republican woman talks about "The Culture Of Lesbianism," she's thinking "Wow, I don't really remember what its like to have an orgasm, but I wonder if Dick Cheney's daughter could help me remember?"

And when Democrats talk about "The Culture Of Lesbianism" what they're wondering is "What the hell is up with the Log Cabin Rebublicans, anyway? I mean come on!"
