6. DNC implementing National Lawyer's Council

which will concentrate on voting/election reform.

He's going to keep on the 17K lawyers from the 2004 election, and he's asking DNC members to recommend more lawyers and law students to get involved. He's going to set up a council in every single state, and looking for lawyers to head each up.
