The Bushies are morally bankrupt. Twit Carlson spoke the
Republican line when questioned about the WP story regarding the lack of planning for the aftermath of our ill-begotten Iraq debacle. Little Tucker good humoredly dismissed the information as old news. Bow tie fluttering against his adam's apple, he brightly chirped that everyone knows that we botched the planning for the occupation.
The disregard for what has transpired from that lack of attention to the invasion's aftermath is breathtaking. But it is an essential part of the Republican war plan. Just plow ahead on a path of death and destruction and damn the consequences for ordinary folks, Americans, Iraqis, Afghanis and coalition members.
Thousands being killed and maimed in Iraq to salve W's Oedipal angst and Cheney's lust for oil and power. Move on, nothing to be seen here.
Steal a Presidential Election to deliver the government of the U.S to assorted corporate interests and religious kooks. Move on, nothing to be seen here.
Destroy our air quality and our forests to line the pockets of the greedy. Move on, there is nothing to be seen here.
Destroy Social Security so that stock speculators can get their dirty hands on old folks'retirement dreams. Move on, there is nothing to be seen here.
This cynical strategy is less and less effective. As W's polls plummet, the RW is going to need more than the army of Tucker Carlsons that they have unleashed o the people's airwaves.

1. Instead of the "old news" of pointing out malAdministration incompetence
and/or malfeasance, the talking heads follow Rove's talking points and continue to attack FDR.

Sure, makes sense. NOT
