American news people do not know how to report on the DSM?
From the heads of television news to the editors of major newspapers, they are confused about how they should report on the Downing Street Minutes (Memo). They don't have the courage to come out and report that the President and all his top people intentionally lied about WMDs, mushroom clouds, aluminum tubes, and invisible threats to our nation. They know that Bush, Cheney, Powell, Rumsfeld, Rice, and others intentionally lied to the American people so they could "create the conditions" for war. But, they do not want to step across too far for fear they will be branded as another "Dan Rather". So they remain relatively quiet. They are waiting for someone else to report it for them. So you are reading it here instead of reading it in major papers or seeing it on cable news. They don't have the courage.

1. Or a "heart," nor a "brain." But our troops sure do, while the MSM
sit in their nice, air-conditioned studios and offices dressed to the nine while our country swirls downwards.

They keep it up and they won't have to worry about "courage" anymore.

3. If people get too interested in Bishco about this, they might turn their
attention to the fact that they weren't the only ones lying. Most of the MSM will have to be included in the ruse.

4. "American news people do not know how to report on..." anything...at all..
They are a disgrace to journalism. Without them, without any of their work, we would be much better off. As DUer paineinthearse says, "We are the media!"

They do know how to report what they're given. Here is a quotation from Mrs. Alan Greenspan that you will find most interesting:

Mrs. Alan Greenspan's Article-More British memos on pre-Iraq war concerns Officials deny intelligence that facts were fixed to invade Iraq

Kentuck, why do you think that this always dormant media celeb is now doing real reporting, well, real transcription from whomever is writing this stuff? Could it be that "management" has had it with Bush.

Inquiring minds want to know!
