A question from a fellow blogger on States' rights/powers -- she seems to remember something in the Constitution that basically says the states together can remove decisions from Congress and force investigations and removal of elected branches of government?
Anyone know if this is so, partly so, or just dreaming?
I don't have a clue as to how I'd investigate this - and not sure I'd interpret what I read correctly anyway - so does anyone here have any idea? Reason I ask is that I've seen some amazing discussions here relating to similar issues so I know we've got some folks around who'd likely know either the answer or where to find it. Thanks in advance for any help!
