1. They already have a response for that ...
"You can support the war and not serve. If you support gay marriage, that doesn't mean you're gonna marry someone from the same sex."

Hey, how can you beat that logic?

2. Stunning logic
It must have taken months of work and overtime for that comeback to have come burbling out of Genious Freeper Central.

(The misspelling is intentional.)

3. simply,,, stunning,, Why did the chicken hawk cross the road?
To avoid sacrificing for his country; or to not take part in an illegal war?

That is a question I ask myself when I hear about the drop in recruiting numbers. Where are all the people that voted for Bush? And if you voted for Bush, did you not know that you were implicitly voting for war and that the military would need bodies for killing other bodies?

Surely there must be a LOT of young military age republicans out there? Why vote for war if you are not willing to serve?

Do you expect others to fight and die for you, when you do not have the strength and courage to live up to your convictions? When you know you don't have to actually die in it, you are ok with war? Someone else will do it? Who? Someone who needs a job? Someone who is poor? Someone who has no choice? Someone who did not vote for Bush?

I am not sure I understand the gay marriage linkage though.

4. To which I'd ask
"But if you support the war, WHY wouldn't you want to serve?"
