Big Dog on Letterman right now.
Man, that guy makes me smile.

I honestly don't like him that much. But....better times.

The memories.

1. Clinton has the true charm that only intelligence can bring
unlike the good ole boy back slapping with the bullying just below the surface that passes for charm with Fuckwit. He also reminds us what it was like to have a president that could not only form a declarative sentence and pronounce all the words correctly, but capture our attention while he did so.

I miss those parts, too.

2. He does that to me too
and I also thought he was less than great. Did some good things, did some things I just really dislike. Still, he is very charismatic and after what we have put up with the last 5 years his intelligence makes me swoon for better times.

Clinton, Letterman talk heart surgery on `Late Show'

By DAVID BAUDER
AP Television Writer

June 16, 2005, 9:28 PM EDT

Clinton talked about his friendship with his 1992 election rival, former President George H.W. Bush. He said they will spend time together at Bush's summer home in Kennebunkport, Maine, later this month.

During a recent appearance together in Houston, Clinton noted that Barbara Bush had taken to calling Clinton "son."

"I told the Republicans in the audience not to worry, every family has one _ you know, the black sheep, kind of drifts off," he said. "I told them, I said, `This just shows you the lengths at which the Bushes would go to get another president in the family, and I wish I could get them to adopt Hillary."

administration wanted Hussein gone and that we know Cheney was taking trips to the CIA to sit in with the analysts, and he wasn't there for coffee and a chat.

But, the best thing is that DSM was actually talked about on Letterman. A story that seemed like it was going to fade away a few weeks ago is now getting talked about everywhere.

11. I was perplexed with his answer to the DSM
Probably the first mention in the mainstream and that pleased me. Either Clinton is playing ball with his answer or slyly acting dumb, 'I was in that position too' thing.

13. It's a sad state of affairs when a talkshow host has to educate
a former president on what's going down in national politics, don't you think?

14. Thats why I feel Clinton was on the down low
with his response. He had to have heard about it.
