Wasn't oil supposed to pay for part of the war?
Does anyone know why it is not?

|
But you won't be hearing msm report on it -- it would make Bush look bad.

They are either not pumping it out of the ground or they are not getting it to the distribution terminals, for a variety of reasons.
One of the reasons that crosses my mind is that the gubmint just doesn't want it out of the ground. Too many of their pals are making too much money in this market and they don't want the price of oil to go down and cut into profits. It's a theory that fits with these guys and their general modus operandi.

3. If it paid for just a part of the war, the budget money saved could |
|
save millions of lives in Africa.

You mean... black people?
Are they born yet? They are? Then we don't care about them. If they were unborn, then we'd give a damn.*

Boy, it sure would be nice to have leadership that cared about things like that. :)

5. Yeah, it's interesting how... |
|
an embryo and a brain dead women are more important than our sons and daughters serving in Iraq.

6. Probably safety issues, including bombings have delayed things |
|
Insurgent attacks are sometimes along pipeline sites. General stability is not very good at all. That is why I think some of the Repugs are actually calling for a withdrawal. The US/UK coalition hasn't been able to establish adequate control.

8. Iraq has been averaging 2-3 pipeline explosions per month |
|
The latest 3 weeks ago effected the direct line to the port where the ships are loaded.
Halliburton isn't making enough of progress regarding the rebuilding of Iraq -- this war is a mess and Cheney says "insurgent" problem will be under control by 2009 2 weeks ago.
Bush-Cheney their both oilmen, we couldn't have worse leadership -- and for you out there who thinks this is about Iraqi freedom? grow-up!

You know President Bu$h warned them not to damage oil pipelines before he brought them freedom, way back just before 'Shock and Awe'. And look at the gratitude he gets for 'spreading democracy'.
Shucks!
