There are a couple of facts that have been rolling around in my tin foil covered brain recently.

1. Anthrax letters went only to Dems after 911, when neocons badly needed support for the patriot act. Why would OBL hate the dems so much? I don't think they were related but the timing was curious

2. Just before the November elections OBL himself shows up on video.

3. Now when things are getting nasty for the neocons we get another video by the evil doctor OBL's best homey.

Could it be that OBL is just a fabrication to fix the policy?
Once again timing is very curious don't you think?

He is on dialsys, means he needs to go to a hospital to get his blood cleaned. Just before 9-11 one of our local CIA chiefs payed him a visit in "country name don't remember". He was also treated by an American doctor.

He makes sat phone calls. Durring Iraq they told reporters that if the made any unathorized uplink transmitions from the theater they would be targeted by aircraft.

The Anthrax was determined to be highest grade, not your average third world government chemset. Only the highest quality stuff produced right here in the good old USA.

4. Is there a historical precedent?

Was there once a similar tactic? to drum up support for conflict Fabricate a reviled enemy in order to stoke nationalistic retoric and justify an invasion?

no, he died in 2001. For a dead man he sure does push policy.
Anthrax, military grade - inside job for sure. Only inside politics would try and bump off the Dems, minority party without any power.
