he has kept the pressure on--speaking the truth after the primaries and the election. He's still there and now on Foxy News he may be able to reach some of the righties, too. This Foxy thing is calculated in some way or another and it isn't just for a paycheck.

He could very well be a good candidate against a McCain-type. Although I don't know if the RNC will run McCain. It should be a very bloody Republican primary season with the following going after each other:

McCain
Frist
Santorum
Hagel
Allen
Romney
Guiliani

1. Into the lions' den
These are the people who need to hear Bush's foreign policy disasters articulated from the Democratic viewpoint. For a lot of them, the ones who are growing more and more disillusioned, all it might take is somebody like Wes Clark speaking the truth to cause a tilt from red to blue in 2006. The Democrats are trusted by voters already on domestic policies. Foreign policy and security is where we lose votes. Maybe Wes can loosen the perception that the Dems aren't up to taking care of the country. I'm glad he's going to try and I think he's got a lot of guts to try. Meanwhile, if he gains some support for 2008, that ain't bad, either.

GO WES!!
