The American People Need to Punish the Republican Party
as Dick would say; "Big Time!!!

I recently finished David Brock's book "The Right Wing Noise Machine".

The only way for America to get back to true objective news, and a press that reports the facts and the truth, is for Americans to rise up in enough numbers to permanently punish the Republican Party at the polls.

I don't care if it's a "so-called" moderate like McCain or Snowe, or a wing-nut racist like Trent Lott or Tom Delay. If they have a "R" after their name, the Iraq War, the Downing Street Minutes, the Lies and Distortions, the deaths and maiming of countless Americans and innocent Iraqi civilians, the ABSOLUTE DEVASTATING EXPENDITURE OF AMERICA'S BLOOD AND TREASURE, needs to be tied around their necks like an albatross.

When "chimpy's" numbers begin hitting the 30's, every dem, and every citizen who cares about saving this country needs to pile on at every opportunity.

Republicans will try to jump ship like rats on the Titanic, but we must not allow that. They need to be made to go down with the ship.

If sufficient numbers of Republican are defeated in 2006, we must immediately begin investigations into Scaife, Wyrich, and others that have been behind the build up of the most comprehensive propaganda machine since Goebbels.

Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity must be tried for crimes against humanity.

Well, a guy can dream can't he?

2. Republicans are good for NOTHING.
I was asking myself if they have ever done anything good. But there is a problem. We can't do anything about it.
I just bought the most beautiful farm on earth. Six months ago I moved in. The guy across the street is logging his property. SLOWLY. Every tree in my view is disappearing. And he's doing it day in, and day out. He has killed me. Killed my spirit and my view. But I can't do a thing about it.
And it's no different than what the repubs have done. It's about greed and aggression. This man cutting his forest is a millionaire. He doesn't need the money. It's a problem that I don't think we will ever rid ourselves of.
It's hard work to build a house. It's easy to light a match.

But I know, we'll never stop trying. Let's only hope some of these creatures pay a dear price for how they've affected the lives of others around them, in a bad way.

3. I tend to agree.
some might not be as bad or evil as others. They come from another planet.

4. At One Point I've Said
The world did not excuse Goebbels because he was "just an entertainer".

I hate what Limbaugh and the like have done to my country.

5. I almost think the country is aiding and abetting these jerks.
I don't want to exonerate the current junta in charge, but beyond stealing elections,
there seemed to be plenty of supporters and jingoistic sheep ready to go along with them.

There are times I feel like its not my country anymore, and probably it never really was.
