Cheney said he hadn't heard Rove's remarks then repeats McClellan 's
Talking points,

MR. McCLELLAN today: "Talking about different philosophies and different approaches? That's what Karl Rove was talking about. He was talking about the different philosophies and our different approaches when it comes to winning the war on terrorism. And I don't know who is even making such a suggestion.

Cheney today CNN: "I haven't read what Carl Rove said but from what I understand It's about different philosophies on treating terror as a police action vs a war." this was para-phrased from CNN. But I know it was damn close

He didn't know what Rove said but repeats the talking points.

This is a planned political assault calculated and instituted by Rove
to cause chaos..within the media/nation to distract from
political liabilities and embarrassments of the administration

It was meant to get your goat.

2. No, even Novak says Rove should stay behind the scenes as he tends to "go
over the top" when he appears in public.

Any mention of Turd Blossom's outrageous statement on any of the three major networks tonight. Nothing on CBS.

3. This was calculated as a political ploy
It too early my time for the news
but nothing the media does surprises me anymore except
when they report the news.

6. NBC reported that Rove only meant the far left folk like Moveon
when he was talking about the liberals, then showed a picture of Dean.

Sort of a subliminal thing working there.

Calculated perhaps, but I bet Rove was pretty much saying exactly what he really believes as well. And several on the Repub base would agree with him. Like the one who called 9/11 "The day liberals cheered."

Fuckers. We went thought 9/11 together. Nobody was fucking cheering. And 4 years later, nobody is going after the real perpetrators either. How dare they use the worst day in our collective memories for political gain. How fucking dare they.

12. Yeah, that's why he mentioned it in connection with Durbin's comments
Because it really had to do with Moveon.org.

Geez.

9. He said earlier he hadn't seen the Downing Street information. It's their
standard response to anything the don't want to acknowledge. I'm sick of it.
