Lost in the Uproar - Everyone Rove Accuses of Being Wrong, was Right!
With all the demands for an apology, one fact is being overlooked. Everyone Rove accuses of being wrong after 9/11, was in fact absolutely right.

Remember the words of George Galloway:

I gave my heart and soul to oppose the policy that you promoted. I gave my political life's blood to try to stop the mass killing of Iraqis by the sanctions on Iraq which killed one million Iraqis, most of them children, most of them died before they even knew that they were Iraqis, but they died for no other reason other than that they were Iraqis with the misfortune to born at that time. I gave my heart and soul to stop you committing the disaster that you did commit in invading Iraq. And I told the world that your case for the war was a pack of lies.

I told the world that Iraq, contrary to your claims did not have weapons of mass destruction. I told the world, contrary to your claims, that Iraq had no connection to al-Qaeda. I told the world, contrary to your claims, that Iraq had no connection to the atrocity on 9/11 2001. I told the world, contrary to your claims, that the Iraqi people would resist a British and American invasion of their country and that the fall of Baghdad would not be the beginning of the end, but merely the end of the beginning.

Senator, in everything I said about Iraq, I turned out to be right and you turned out to be wrong and 100,000 people paid with their lives; 1600 of them American soldiers sent to their deaths on a pack of lies; 15,000 of them wounded, many of them disabled forever on a pack of lies."

To hell with an apology. Call Rove and this administration out on its blatant lies.

THE WAR WAS BASED ON A PACK OF LIES. WE WERE RIGHT AND YOU WERE WRONG!

3. Excellent point. And if Rove wants to remind people of 9/11...

our response should be simple and straightforward. For example:

With all the chatter, why did Bush take so many vacations?

Why did Bush ignore the August PDB?

On September 11, 2001, why was Bush unable to prevent the worst attack in history on American soil?

Why did Bush freeze for 7 minutes when he was informed of the second attack on the WTC?

After Bush was escorted from the classroom, why didn't he address the American people immediately?

Why did Bush allow Bin Laden's relatives to leave the U.S. 3 days after the attack?

Why did we move our troops to Iraq instead of focusing on the search for Osama Bin Laden?

Where is Osama Bin Laden?

Where are the weapons of mass destruction?

Why are we in Iraq?

Why are people dying for Bush's lies?

4. I am proud to be a liberal
and proud that I questioned our reactions to 9-11. I still believe we overreacted, and I still believe we must address the root causes of terrorism. I still think dealing with terrorism is dealing with crimes, that are best solved by police forces and not military forces.

So why are we upset with his statements?....I think we should be using them to highlight the Bush admins failures.
