Rep. Obey has been managing the Democratic side of the House debate on the Dept of Education funding bill. He is ranking member of the House Appropriations Committee.

I am very impressed his leadership and words.

On the other side Rep. Ralph Regula - R- Ohio - is doing an excellent job of demonstrating his stupidity.
