humane society donates to santorum
$5,000 and promises to campaign agressively for his reelection. nobody's going to tell me that the little f**king weasel suddenly grew a heart, he knows he's going to be in a fight for his seat and he becomes a "compassionate conservative", yeah right. read this from WP, it will make you puke :argh: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/06/27/AR2005062700047.html

1. Bought off. Santorum's a corporate shill.
He compares his opponents to NAZIs, there's a few sad reasons humane society gives him any credibility: $$

:puke: :puke:

2. Are people who donate to the Humane Society AWARE
That their donations are being used to support political candidates they may not choose to? This is completely insane. THEY ARE GIVING AWAY THE MONEY THEY BEGGED FOR.

What ELSE are they doing with it?

4. Look for an Opus Dei connection with Humane Society board

or CEO. I don't think I'm being paranoid to suspect this, because it is highly unusual, if not unprecedented, for a charitable national group such as the Humane Society (of which almost all politicians of both parties would speak positively) to publicly side with any politician and/or political party. They risk losing donations from many, many Democrats (not just the ones in Pennsylvania) and independents by giving moneys donated to the Humane Society to a controversial politician like Santorum, particularly when his opponent - Bobby Casey - poses no threat to the Humane Society agenda. I mean did Red Cross contribute funds and /orcommit to actively work for the election of
Elizabeth Dole, their former CEO, when she ran for Senate? I highly doubt it.

5. Reading it as we speak......Santorum's been in the Opus-Dei fix...
....For over 10 years and applauds torture. It's the reality of his statesmanship.

9. Here it is...Michael W. Fox.
http://www.seekerbooks.com/prod/9780835607254/

America's veterinarian, Dr. Michael Fox, syndicated columnist and author of over 40 books, examines religion's attitude, especially Christianity, toward the treatment of animals and nature. Fox argues that the world's ecological salvation lies in embracing panentheism, the seed idea within the mystical tradition of all major religions, a philosophy which, unlike pantheism, states that it is not God that inhabits the world, but the world that inhabits God.
Some of us feel a kinship with animals, seeing them as part of the same process of Creation as ourselves. Others see humans as superior and animals as "ours" to exploit by right. Both views claim divine authority. Through his probing exploration of the spiritual and philosophical roots of animal rights, Michael Fox shows that humane and compassionate treatment of the animal world is both a spiritual and a survival imperative.

I'm just amazed that the Humane Society is allowed to be run by these sorts of people, and Opus-Dei freelancing reconstructionists. This is beyond absolutely disgusting.

:puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: Maybe someone will finally use it against him?

7. In other news, Santorum gets an endorsement from NAMDLA
(National Man Dog Love Association)

Seriously though, PETA is about the last group that Santorum would want to be associated with. We should use it against him.
