5. To see which group of Americans he'll demonize
He won't be real overt about it--he'll leave that to his storm troopers--but there'll be the seeds of some new meme that manages to blame our failure on some specific group of Americans.

They always do that--and it's usually no more specific than "liberals" or "America-haters" or suchlike.

But there'll be something there and I want to see what it is.

7. I won't be watching...
I know his heart is black.

I know his soul is dead.

I know he'll find a group of human beings to demonize.

I know his rhetoric will be (to be kind) jingoistic to the max.

There will be no uniting.

There will be no peace-making.

There will be no reaching out.

There will be nothing there for me.

I'll only get upset.

I may break something.

Why go there?

TC

8. Even Russert said one speech is not going to turn this around
Bush is in a hole and can not turn this around easily. He may get desparate and screw up. Russert noted that it is going to take more than on speech to change preceptions. I am hoping that Bush will go for a home run and strike out
