She is passionate on this issue. 1 billion $ short this year. She reminds me of Barbara Boxer.

6. Republicans poo-pooed funding for months, turning away every Dem effort.
Now that their polls are so low they want to pretend THEY are moving to provide funding with a bill they are rushing through.

They are evil people. I am glad Murray is telling the real story, but, I don't believe the corporate media will allow the truth about this to be heard. Instead, they'll ignore how the GOP has been blocking the funding while giving them glowing headlines for their newfound concerns.
